Most agents work one city. I ended up with two, and it turns out that’s the useful part. People leave Austin for Houston and Houston for Austin every week, and almost nobody helping them knows both ends. I do, because I’m living it. My Austin clients get 14 years of history. My Lake Houston clients get 14 years of experience, earned in one of the most difficult markets in the country. The people moving between them get an agent who’s done it.
About
I’m Gray. 14 years in Texas real estate, most of it in Austin, all of it self-generated, which means my business runs on people coming back and sending their friends. In 2026 my family and I moved to Kingwood, and splitting life between the two has taught me things about both markets I couldn’t have learned any other way. I’m back and forth between Austin and Houston about once a week, sometimes more, and honestly, I love it.
